Right, this was pure torture and I’ll never have my two hours back. Fortunately there was this little thing hidden under all the horrible, horrible Horrible.
“You don’t always get the dream house, but you get awfully close.” (13 Going on 30)

Romantic Comedy Quote of The Day for the 30th of July:
“You know, I was just thinking why would I ever leave before new years eve? That makes no sense at all. I mean you didn’t exactly ask me out but you did say you loved me. So I’m thinking I’ve got a date… if you’ll have me.” (The Holiday)
I found the actual movie to be a real gem – moderately messed up people crying fake tears wondering if they will Ever Love Again. My wife loathed it but on the other hand she’s more in to disaster films. And stuff with sharks.
My name is Andreas. Romantic comedies make me cry. Better yet, they make me weep. And I love it. In between the gruesome headlines of whatever fucked up thing has happened last night and the silly fits of club land attitude I just need my fix of feel good every once in a while. Therefore I present to you Romantic Comedy Quote of the Day:
“Last night when we were fighting I thought this was over. And I was gonna leave you alone and just take off but… Then I realized I’d rather fight with you than make love with anyone else.” (The Wedding Date)
On a side note, I saw The Yellow Movie tonight. I’m not disappointed at all.
